The Galway International Arts Festival (GIAF) has begun, running from July 15 to July 28 in the town of the Tribes.
The Festival Garden in Eyre Square offers food, drinks, DJs, live sets, and comedy performances daily from 11am to 10pm.
Brian O’Hanrahan, a 24-year-old theater enthusiast, is excited for his first time participating in the festival and recommends exhibits like Patricia Piccinini and shows like Unspeakable Conversations.
Highlights of this year’s festival include a winged-horse Pegasus performance, an aerial show from Les P’Tits Bras, and a diverse live music lineup at the Heineken Big Top.
