Spain has launched a tender invitation for the restoration of Palacio de Congresos Madrid
The ministry opened an international tender for Palacio de Congresos renovation and operation with a concession ccovering Buildings A and C for congress activities.
The selected operator will receive 40-year rights after rehabilitation works. The project complements transformation of Building B for a new UN Tourism headquarters. The tender has been published on the Public Sector Procurement Platform.
