Des and Ulick McEvaddy’s DA Terminal 3 Ltd is in negotiation with five farmers to buy land for a €80m motorway western access route from west of Dublin Airport.
The company controls a 262-acre site west of the airport between its three runways and pursues development of the land. The new route aims to connect the site to the M2 motorway, easing congestion at the M1 entrance.
The project forms part of long-term ambitions for a third terminal on the site.
