Kerry Coaches, Killarney Annual Outstanding Awards Night and Lifetime achievement accreditation for Managing Director Mike Buckley.
More than 130 members of the Kerry Coaches team came together on the 7th of December in Harrow Restaurant, Killarney to celebrate colleagues that have worked with Kerry Coaches over the past 4 decades. The event celebrated current employees’ dedication and long-standing commitment to Kerry Coaches. Over 45 service awards were presented on the night in 3 separate categories; Over 10 years’ service, over 20 years’ service and finally 12 drivers that have worked with Kerry Coaches between 30 and 40 years. Honourees were recognised for reflecting decades of loyalty, professionalism, and contribution to the continued success of the company. Each award recipient was presented with a personalised photograph showcasing a scenic location in County Kerry, along with a commemorative appreciation gift. The formal presentations were followed by an enjoyable evening of festive dining, entertainment, and camaraderie, providing an opportunity for colleagues to come together and celebrate their shared achievements. The awards ceremony marked an important milestone in Kerry Coaches 68 year history, reinforcing the company’s commitment to recognising excellence, valuing long service, and fostering a strong team culture. Proudly presenting the awards were 3 members of the Buckley family; Mike Buckley, Johnny Buckley and Veerpal Yadav.

Kerry Coaches awards night at Harrow Restaurant in Killarney recognised 45 employees for long service.
Awards covered categories of 10, 20, and 30 to 40 years and recipients received personalised photographs and gifts. Mike Buckley, the founder, received a Lifetime Achievement Accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
