A new initiative called Wextrad Weekend is set to launch in Wexford Town over St Brigid’s Weekend in early February 2026.
The event aims to attract visitors to the town by showcasing local attractions, culture, and experiences, boosting tourism and community engagement in southeast Ireland during the national holiday weekend celebrating Ireland’s female patron saint.
