The National Museum of Ireland at Turlough Park in Castlebar has announced a programme of free Saint Brigid’s cross-making workshops starting around St Brigid’s Day (1 February).
These traditional craft sessions celebrate Irish cultural heritage, drawing locals and visitors to engage with Mayo’s rich folklore and handcraft traditions as part of wider cultural tourism offerings in the region.
