Amadeus Acquires SkyLink AI Travel Technology

Amadeus has acquired SkyLink, a New York-based AI technology company that specialised in conversational automation and orchestration for travel.

The acquisition adds SkyLink’s AI-driven conversational tools to Amadeus’ portfolio to support faster and more automated bookings for travellers and employees.

Amadeus says SkyLink’s technology will integrate seamlessly into chat platforms and enable quick flight and hotel bookings while delivered cost savings and productivity gains for businesses.

Amadeus aims to scale AI use cases across the travel industry by combining SkyLink’s framework with its global reach, APIs, and industry expertise.
