A Kerry golf tour company has been fined for operating without a licence.

Travelling the Fairways collects American tourists at Shannon Airport for Irish golf courses. The company was operating a Scottish-registered vehicle without a valid Irish licence. The NTA and An Garda Síochána stopped the vehicle in Killarney on 18 June 2025.

Judge David Waters fined the company €300 and orders €700 towards costs.

The judge notes the operator should know licensing requirements after years in business.

Judge David Waters shared “They knew or they ought to have known. You’ve said it yourself. They’re at this many years”
