IATA and IATP to cooperate on airline supply chain resilience

IATA and IATP have agreed to cooperate on improving airline access to aircraft parts. The collaboration addresses supply chain constraints and supports maintenance resilience. Focus areas include materials pooling and technical expertise exchange.

The agreement took place on 25 June in Madrid. IATA provides support for IATP pooling programmes while MRO SmartHub enhances visibility of parts. Core features of MRO SmartHub become available at no cost to eligible airlines.
