Emirates begins global rollout of new premium lounge design

Emirates is rolling out its new premium lounge design in Munich and Frankfurt. The carrier extends its cabin concept into airport experiences. Designers introduced more than 50 changes across work dining relaxation and socialising areas.

Emirates invested over AED 50 million in each lounge. The design features contemporary architecture herringbone floors marble and gold accents as well as the Ghaf Tree motif. Munich and Frankfurt lounges serve as the initial showcases with Manchester scheduled for July 2026 Mauritius for August 2026 and Istanbul for October 2026.

The updated design language appears in the airline’s premium offering. Emirates introduced the 18th iteration of Bulgari amenity kits in late June 2026. The retrofit programme that the carrier launched in 2022 updated around 100 aircraft so far.
