VIVA Cruises has unveiled its 2028 river cruise season featuring 325 sailings across seven ships to mark the company’s 10th anniversary. The season includes new itineraries, increased departures and themed cruises exploring the Rhine, Main, Moselle, Danube and Douro rivers. The programme follows the announcement of the 2028 programme for its VIVA Boutique line in France and Italy.

Vienna will play a greater role in the 2028 programme with extended roundtrip cruises on the Rhine, Moselle and Danube. The Viva Moments joins the Danube fleet after renovation in 2027 offering seven-night itineraries between Passau, Vienna and Budapest. The Viva Enjoy offers 22 departures roundtrip from Vienna with Regensburg as an additional turnaround port.

The Viva Two introduces new five-night Danube cruises connecting Passau, Vienna, Budapest and Bratislava. The Viva One increases Moselle roundtrips from Düsseldorf from 10 to 15 departures and introduces new four-night Rhine cruises. The Viva Ruby offers new 10-night cruises discovering three countries from Basel via Nancy to Düsseldorf. The season includes 320 shore excursions across 13 river regions.
