More than 14,000 Airbus employees in Spain voted against a pre-agreement offering salary rises of around 12 per cent over two years plus other benefits.
Despite the rejection (49.15 per cent against), the strike called since early July has been lifted. Unions now consider next steps, including potential further action in autumn.
