- Airport Wayfinding: Access integrated indoor mapping and navigation support for key hubs including Dublin Airport and New York (JFK).
- Reimagined My Trips: Manage trip extras, self-service bag tag receipts, and travel assistant features from a centralised dashboard.
- AerClub Integration: Monitor your Avios balance, tier credits, and status, or use points to book reward travel directly on the Aer Lingus App for Android or Aer Lingus App for iOS.
Aer Lingus shared: We’ve updated our check-in experience with brand-new flight cards that provide clearer flight status updates for every leg of your trip. You can also access Erin, an Al-powered chatbot designed to assist with seat bookings and general trip information, making it easier to manage your journey.
