- Fincantieri lays keel for Four Seasons II
- Ceremony held at Ancona shipyard
- Ship has 34,000 gross tons and 79 suites
- Debut scheduled for April 2028 in Eastern Mediterranean
- Retains residential-style all-suite concept
Fincantieri has announced that at its Ancona shipyard together with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Joint Owner and Operator of Four Seasons Yachts the keel was laid for the Four Seasons II. As part of the ceremony and in the presence of Gilberto Tobaldi director of the Ancona shipyard Ben Trodd CEO of Four Seasons Yachts and other honoured attendees a commemorative coin was welded into the yacht’s hull. Rooted in maritime tradition the coin serves as a symbol of good luck and a blessing for the vessel.
With 34,000 gross tons 207 metres in length and 79 suites the Four Seasons II introduces residential-style suites expansive terrace decks and advanced environmental technologies. Every aspect has been thoughtfully conceived to foster a seamless connection between guests the sea and the destinations beyond reflecting an enduring commitment to designing and building the ships of tomorrow.
The ship will start sailing in 2028 debuting in April in the Eastern Mediterranean following its delivery from Fincantieri. The new ship will retain the same residential-style all-suite concept that characterises the first vessel in the class.
