Air France has introduced new menus created by signature chefs on long-haul flights departing from Paris from this month onwards. In the La Première cabin, Arnaud Lallement created the starters and hot dishes for the 1st and 2nd meal services. Claire Heitzler enriched the menu with two new desserts, and from next April the pastry creations signed by Angelo Musa return to the menu. In the Business long-haul cabin, Mathieu Viannay created the hot dishes for the 1st service and for the 2nd service, which were designed by a Michelin-starred chef for the first time.
François Adamski created the brunch for the first service and extended his signature to the cold snack and breakfast of the second service. Nina Métayer extended her collaboration with new sweet creations. In the Premium cabin, Frédéric Simonin extended his role to sign all of the hot dishes.
Air France has worked for several years with French chefs to offer refined, Michelin-starred and responsible cuisine to customers on the ground and on board. The new menus are available on long-haul flights departing from Paris.
