Shannon Airport has extended its partnership with Munster Rugby for a further three seasons, keeping the airport as the official airport partner until 2029. The extension builds upon a relationship that began in the 2017/18 season and spans both the Munster Men’s and Munster Women’s teams.
For the men’s squad, the three-year extension pushes the partnership past the 10-year mark. Shannon Airport provides logistical support and flight connectivity for squads and travelling supporters navigating European campaigns and URC away fixtures.
Commercial features including the Munster Rugby-branded passenger tunnel and team merchandise at Shannon Duty Free remain in place to enhance the fan experience before departure.
