Tourism Ireland’s Luxury Summit delegation starts promotional tour in Boston

Fourteen tourism companies from Ireland are participating in Tourism Ireland’s Luxury Summit, visiting Boston, Greenwich, West Orange, and New York.

The four-day luxury sales summit provides an opportunity for these Irish tourism companies to network and do business with around 40 leading buyers and decision-makers specialising in high-end luxury travel from the United States.

The objective is to ensure that Ireland stays at the forefront of the buyers’ minds when recommending destinations to their clients.

The participants were: Adams & Butler, Ashford Castle & The Lodge at Ashford, Burren Smokehouse, By Appointment DMC, Crafted Ireland, Dylan Hotel Dublin, EPIC Irish Emigration Museum, Galway Food Tours, Ireland’s Blue Book, Jameson Distillery Midleton & Dublin, Landmark Luxury, MHL Hotel Collection, Regency Belfast and Slieve Donard Hotel.

Alison Metcalfe, Tourism Ireland’s Head of North America said the mission was “a really good opportunity to increase awareness of Ireland and help secure valuable business for 2024 and beyond by highlighting the country’s luxury tourism offerings, including boutique hotels, castles, resorts, culture, heritage, golf, and culinary scene.”
