AerCap completes secondary public shares offering

AerCap Holdings completed a secondary public offering of 30,729,878 of its ordinary shares, with GE Capital US Holdings selling its entire stake in the company.

The underwriters of the offering exercised their option to purchase an additional 4,008,245 ordinary shares.

AerCap purchased 7,859,163 ordinary shares from the underwriters, but won’t receive any proceeds from the offering.Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, BNP PARIBAS, BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan, Credit Agricole CIB, Mizuho, MUFG, and SOCIETE GENERALE were the joint book-running managers for the secondary offering, while several other institutions acted as co-managers.
