
The Platinum Services team at Dublin Airport received four gold awards at the International Customer Experience Awards (iCXA).
The team was recognized for their excellence in categories such as ‘Best Customer Experience in a Time of Crisis’, ‘Best Customer Centric Culture’, ‘Customer at the Heart of Everything’, and ‘Team of the Year’.
The iCXA awards are a highly competitive annual event featuring entries from over 45 countries across 22 categories.
The judging process involved rigourous scrutiny, including presentations and Q&A sessions with multiple judging panels.
