
Maynooth-born JP McMahon chef, restaurateur, author, and playwright, has been nominated for the Galway Chamber of Commerce President’s Award in association with PwC.
The award recognizes individuals who have made an exceptional impact on Galway City, the region, and their respective sector.
JP is the owner and culinary director of Michelin-starred Aniar Restaurant and award-winning Spanish restaurant Cava Bodega.
He is also the founder of the internationally acclaimed food event, Food on the Edge, and is actively involved in various initiatives that promote Irish cuisine and food culture.
