Aer Lingus and Allianz Partners have extended their travel insurance partnership until March 2027 in 12 markets: Belgium, Britain, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.
Aer Lingus customers residing in these markets will have access to Allianz Partners’ multi-risk travel insurance solutions, offering protection for trip cancellation, travel delay, missed connections, medical benefits abroad, and baggage protection.
Allianz Partners provides a 24/7 travel assistance hotline for insured customers, enhancing convenience and support.
Susanne Carberry, Aer Lingus Chief Customer Officer, said: “Customers can purchase travel protection products and services when booking through the Aer Lingus website, mobile app, or by using the Manage My Booking feature. The partnership will leverage Allianz Partners’ advanced digital platform services to improve customer experience and offer personalised travel insurance offers to Aer Lingus customers across multiple markets. “
