Etihad Airways has become one of the first airlines to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance its safety management systems, showcasing their commitment to advanced safety protocols.
This initiative is part of a partnership with Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) to develop joint training programmes, research exploration, and AI-powered solutions to support Etihad’s safety processes.
Through the implementation of AI, Etihad aims to refine its day-to-day operations and advance its Safety Management System, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining industry-leading safety standards. Additionally, they have also provided internships and training opportunities to students and graduates in collaboration with MBZUAI.
