The IAA has announced a Temporary Restricted Area (TRA) around Newcastle Aerodrome, Co. Wicklow.
The TRA will be active from 09:00 to 18:00 local time on Monday and Tuesday, 18th and 19th of December 2023.
The purpose of the TRA is to ensure aircraft safety and allow for Unmanned Aircraft System testing in the area. The airspace within the TRA will be categorized as ICAO Class
