Dubai-based lessor DAE Capital, which has an office in Dublin, has reached a $118m cash insurance settlement for its aircraft previously leased to Aeroflot.
The settlement represents an agreement over insurance claims related to seven aircraft and their engines.
The deal is linked to $1bn in claims filed by DAE following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and it follows similar settlements reached between Aeroflot Group and other lessors.
