Irelandia, led by Declan Ryan son of Ryanair founder Tony, is considering an electric airline that will initially focus on the cargo market.
The investment group has successfully developed six airlines that have transported over 1.2 billion passengers globally.
Irelandia has a track record of investing in travel technology companies, including CitySwift and Skyports.
