Quantity surveyor Eoin Michael Cahill from Cork claims he has been defamed by Ryanair and wrongly banned from flying with the airline.
Cahill denies the accusation of engaging in disruptive behaviour on a specific date, stating that he was not present at Dublin Airport and did not travel on a Ryanair flight.
The legal action has been taken by Cahill and is being brought before the High Court to address the defamation and wrongful ban.
