Blended itineraries are gaining popularity, with relaxed corporate travel policies and longer strategic getaways, according to a new report by forecasting agency Globetrender and travel and expense tool Cytric Easy by Amadeus.

Interest in premium leisure travel, has helped offset the decline in business travel.Sustainability is a growing priority, with 90pc of travel companies having a sustainability strategy or planning to implement one by 2024

The report says corporate travellers are becoming more discerning, seeking maximum value from each trip and focusing on employee experience.
