Emirates chair Tim Clark says he is losing patience with Boeing.
Tim Clark of Emirates, who spends part of the year in Lismore, said “They have got to instil this safety culture which is second to none. They’ve got to get their manufacturing processes under review so there are no corners cut. I’m sure Dave Calhoun and Stan Deal are on that, this is the last chance saloon.”
Emirates is one of Boeing’s biggest customers, having ordered 95 wide-body Boeing 777 and 787 jets in November, valued at $52 billion (€48.3 billion) according to list prices.
