A surge in summer bookings means 2024 could be Emirates’ most successful year in Dublin, airline country manager Anita Thomas told a media briefing in Dublin.
While 2023 saw very late booking patterns, down to three or four days in cases, summer booking for 2024 are strong and remain strong through to Christmas 2024.
An extra 28,000 seats have been added to the onward services to Australia, increasing availability. The A380 has been brought back into service which helped Emirates greatly.
Emirates launched the Dublin route 13 years ago and it was the most successful launch route in the history of the airline.
