Pilots at Emerald Airlines secured a 10pc pay increase through a deal with IALPA. The pay increase includes 3.5pc in 2024, 3.5pc in 2025, and 3pc in 2026.
The agreement includes negotiations for further enhancements if the company generates profits by 2026.
The collective labour agreement also includes improvements in sick pay and the introduction of a service-related pay scale.
IALPA president Mark Tighe said: “This CLA is a solid foundation on which pilots in Emerald can continue to improve their terms and conditions. This agreement is a significant achievement by our members in Emerald, given that a year ago the company refused to even engage with unions.”
