Singapore Airlines has unveiled upcoming changes to its premium economy inflight experience, with a major revamp set to launch on March 31, 2024, marking the first significant update to the class since its introduction in 2015.

The new premium economy service will feature over 200 new appetisers, main course, and dessert options, with larger and enhanced meal offerings, including a choice of international or Asian dishes, regionally inspired cheeses, and a variety of dessert selections.

Menus have been tailored to specific regions with local ingredients and customer preferences in mind, offering diverse options such as beef bourguignon, bak chor mee, and black sesame cake, while avoiding certain ingredients based on passenger preferences for specific routes.
