Aer Lingus is expanding its winter 2024 schedule from Manchester by adding extra flights to Orlando.

The Manchester to Orlando route will now operate up to 4w during the peak winter period, an increase from the previous 3w.

The additional fourth weekly flight to Orlando will run from 18 December 2024 to 8 January 2025, including a new service on Christmas Day, the first ever by the airline.

These flights aim to cater to a diverse range of travellers seeking various experiences, from family fun and winter sun to exploring the attractions Orlando has to offer, including Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios.

Susanne Carberry, Aer Lingus Chief Customer Officer, said: “From family fun to winter sun, Aer Lingus’ Manchester network offers something for everyone. That is why we are thrilled to be adding extra flights from the North of England to Orlando during the Christmas school holidays. The extra flights to Orlando will complement our existing transatlantic network which continues to prove popular with customers in the North.”

This winter, Aer Lingus will offer direct flights from Manchester to Barbados, New York, and Orlando, in addition to short flights to Belfast-City and Dublin.

All Aer Lingus transatlantic flights from Manchester are operated on wide-body Airbus A330s in Economy or Business Class.
