Boeing’s Dave Calhoun has stated that 737 Max production has decreased to below 38 per month, without specifying the exact number.
Data from Cirium indicates that around 12 new aircraft were rolled out and flown on average per month in February and March, suggesting that production may have dropped to this level.
Based on this data, it is difficult to envision more than 400 deliveries of the 737 Max aircraft this year. Ryanair are anticipating delivery of just 40 of the 57 aircraft thy have on order.
