
Tourism Ireland has launched a video chronicling its second sales blitz of the year in the United States, along with a delegation of 13 tourism companies from Ireland and four American tour operators.
The ‘Best of Ireland’ sales mission visited Cleveland, Cincinnati, Minneapolis-Saint Paul, and Chicago, where they connected with over 200 key US travel professionals.
The aim of the mission was to establish relationships, initiate deals, and educate US travel professionals about the attractions and offerings of Ireland, encouraging them to include the destination in their future programs and recommend it to clients.
Airlines Aer Lingus and Delta were also part of the initiative, enhancing the effort to promote Ireland as a tourist destination in the US market.
