Trim Castle Hotel in Co Meath has opened a new all-day dining destination called BoAnn Café & Bistro, named after the goddess of the River Boyne, with a 58-seater restaurant and outdoor terrace.
The interior architecture and design of BoAnn Café & Bistro was handled by Millimetre Design, creating a relaxed yet stylish space with plush seating and soft textures.
Head Chef Daniel Putanu has created menus for the restaurant that reflect the field-to-fork ethos of the hotel, with a focus on produce from Meath and Louth. The inhouse pastry chefs create handmade breads, jams, smoked salmon, and desserts.
BoAnn Café & Bistro is open daily for breakfast and lunch, offering sandwiches, salads, quiches, hot foods, brunch-style dishes, pastries, smoothies, specialty teas, and coffees. Dinner is served Thursday – Saturday evenings, featuring quality local produce with an international twist, and an extensive wine list and cocktail menu.
