A vacant building at number 2 Main Street in Bray, a notorious eyesore since a 2019 fire, is finally set for a revamp into a guest house with 17 rooms.
Wicklow County Council has approved plans for the conversion, providing a boost for tourism in the town with a lack of accommodation.
An application has been submitted by Architecture Ink on behalf of Multilane Limited, owned by the Duggan family known for successful licenced premises and restaurants in Bray
The Duggan family notably restored Frank Duff’s bar in 2021, with plans for a new guest house following their successful ventures in the town.
