Avolon has ordered 310 new engines to power 155 Airbus A320neo family aircraft in its order book
The orders include 160 GTF engines from Pratt & Whitney and 150 LEAP-1A engines from CFM International
The combined orders are valued at over US$5bn at current list prices
These engines are more fuel-efficient, reduce carbon emissions by at least 15pc, and help lower noise levels, supporting Avolon’s commitment to having a more fuel-efficient fleet by the end of 2025 and beyond.
