Pat Ruddy, the owner of The European Club, has listed the Co Wicklow golf links for sale with Sotheby’s International for €35m.
Despite creating the links in 1987, Mr Ruddy has recently decided to part ways with the property and has turned down several offers for it in the past.
Mr Ruddy, a Mayo-born golf writer and course architect, has been playing golf for over eight decades.
