Meet Tommy Butler, new executive chef at Johnstown Estate in Enfield

Tommy Butler, a Cork native with over 25 years of hospitality experience, has been appointed as the new Executive Chef of The Johnstown Estate in Enfield, Co Meath.

Prior to this role, Tommy served as Executive Chef at Portmarnock Resort and Farnham Estate, and has worked in renowned hotels like the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin and Talbot Hotel Stillorgan.

Internationally, he has gained experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and has explored fusion cuisine in Australia.

In addition to his culinary expertise, Tommy appears on Virgin Media’s Ireland AM to share recipes and has a passion for karate, which he has practiced for over 30 years.
