Ryanair previously secured a favourable ruling in Delaware, claiming that Booking.com was screen-scraping flight fares from its platform.
The travel giant is actively seeking to overturn the jury’s decision from that case.
The dispute highlights ongoing tensions between online travel agencies and airlines regarding the use of fare information. Edreams and Booking remain the only major online travel agents with which Ryanair does not have an arrangement
