IndiGo partners with Amadeus to give agent access to NDC

IndiGo has partnered with Amadeus to provide global travel sellers access to the airline’s NDC (New Distribution Capability) content, enhancing its market reach and competitive edge in the aviation sector.

The agreement allows IndiGo, which expects to carry over 110m passengers in 2024, to efficiently distribute its products and streamline the booking process for corporate clients and travel agencies, offering exclusive deals tailored to traveller profiles.

With Amadeus’ NDC capabilities integrated into IndiGo’s systems, the airline can create dynamically priced offers to boost ancillary sales and improve the overall customer experience across all sales channels.

IndiGo says its commitment to NDC technology underscores its focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, aiming to redefine air travel in India and enhance the travel experience from booking to boarding.
