
The Taste of Kildare Festival opens tonight at Naas Racecourse and runs until Sunday, featuring a variety of food, drink, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities.
Attendees can enjoy a wide range of culinary options, including fine dining, street food, and exclusive pop-up restaurants, with highlights like BBQ roasted pig and sushi offerings.
The festival will include the Calor Chefs’ Theatre showcasing live cooking demonstrations by top chefs, along with a craft market featuring local artisans from the LEO Kildare Creative Cluster.
This year’s festival supports the Shine Mental Health Charity and features live music performances throughout the weekend and a Bord na Móna Family Fun Day on Sunday.tickets are on sale starting at €15 at www.tasteofkildare.ie/tickets Bundle tickets, priced from €32 per person, offer admission and two signature dishes from participating restaurants for one session. Group, VIP, and corporate bookings are also available, with a special BBQ session on Friday night. Free parking is available on-site, with a shuttle service running from Naas town centre.
