Edinburgh Airport is introducing Sainsbury’s first-ever airport store among several new retail and food & beverage outlets, which will feature an in-house bakery and replace the existing M&S Simply Food store.

A new PizzaExpress will open in the departures hall, alongside Seoul Bird, which will mark its first airport franchise and first location in Scotland.

The existing BrewDog bar will relocate to a larger space near gate 11, expanding its food menu and beer selection, while the current bar will be transformed into a new Icons sports bar.

These developments come after VINCI Airports acquired a majority stake in Edinburgh Airport, with plans to leverage experience to enhance both aeronautical and non-aeronautical operations, particularly in retail.
