
Galway City and County are hosting Blas na Samhna, a month-long food festival in November, celebrating the local food culture.
The festival offers a variety of culinary events, from cosy comfort foods to daring new dishes, pop-up events, and chef collaborations.
Attendees can enjoy a mix of experiences, including ramen and bao, pasta workshops, Brazilian and French cuisine exploration, intimate dinners, food trails, creative cocktail pairings, and exclusive wine selections.
Noteworthy events at Blas na Samhna include Chef Laura Rosso’s Feijoada Weekend, a cocktail competition at Buddha Bar, a festive afternoon tea at The Connacht Hotel, and pasta-making masterclass with Tony Carelli at Massimo’s Soul Garden.
