Lufthansa’s new Allegris First Class suites are set to debut on November 9 with Bangalore as the first destination, followed by Mumbai on November 15, after previous delays in the suite’s introduction.
Initially revealed in 2022, the Allegris product also includes new business, premium economy, and economy seating that launched in May, but first class was postponed to the fourth quarter of 2024.
During a “technical introduction phase,” the suites will be accessible on an invitation-only basis to loyal customers before general bookings are allowed as more aircraft are equipped.
The new suites feature unique designs, including two individual suites and a Suite Plus that can convert into a double bed, with luxurious amenities such as heated and cooled seats, personal wardrobes, and large in-flight entertainment screens.
