Mount Congreve Gardens in Waterford will reopen on February 1, 2025, offering free access for children and showcasing an array of spring blooms, including snowdrops, crocuses, and early magnolias.

The gardens will feature a new Head Chef, Jean-Baptiste Dubois, who focuses on sustainable, zero-waste cooking and will utilize produce from the gardens in his culinary creations.

Membership sign-ups have surged to over four times the pre-redevelopment projections in 2024, with benefits now including a complimentary day pass for members to share the gardens with friends and family.

In 2025, the gardens will also introduce new eco-cabins with hot tubs, complete restorations to the Georgian Glasshouse, and various exhibitions, enhancing the visitor experience in this historical setting.
