Armagh & Down reveal details of 2025 festivals commencing TODAY

Exhibition at F.E. McWilliam Gallery, Banbridge, is on from February 3rd February until Saturday 1st April

Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is set to offer a wide range of events and experiences in 2025, including the Home of St. Patrick’s Festival from March 9-17, celebrating Ireland’s patron saint with concerts and traditional music.

The FE McWilliam Gallery in Banbridge will feature a retrospective on sculptor Hilary Heron until February 15, showcasing themes of gender and relationships through her artwork.

Visitors can delve into Ireland’s ancient history at Navan Centre & Fort while enjoying activities like the Imbolc Evening Celebration on February 1 and a Viking-Themed Murder Mystery night for Valentine’s Day.

Other attractions include the newly refurbished museum at St. Patrick’sCatholic Cathedral, the Angels and Gargoyles Trail, and the Game of Thrones Studio Tour, making 2025 an exciting year for exploration and culture in the region.
