German actor Uke Bosse features in a new promotion that focuses on Ireland’s Ancient East targeting German tourists. The campaign includes four short videos and a longer one on YouTube showcasing the region’s attractions.
Filming locations included Clissmann Horse Caravans, Clonmacnoise, and Powerscourt Estate among others. Tourism Ireland says that 2m opportunities to see the content will be provided through social media channels including Facebook and Instagram.
Nadine Lehmann, Tourism Ireland’s Manager Germany, shared: “Uke Bosse is a popular actor and comedian in Germany, so this is a fun way to showcase our stunning scenery and some of the many things to see and do in Ireland’s Ancient East.”
