The former Central Hotel on Dublin’s Exchequer Street is set to be put on the market for around €100m. Deutsche Finance International and BCP Capital are involved in the sale and renovation plans.

The hotel is being refurbished as the first Hoxton hotel in Ireland, scheduled to open this winter. The renovations will extend the hotel to 129 bedrooms and improve the food and drinks offering.

Ennismore, the operating group for Hoxton hotels, has over 180 properties globally and continues to expand.
