The Dublin Night’s Help Zone, known as “The Nee Naw,” will resume on Friday night next September 12th for a new autumn run, operating for 6–8 weeks to support key events such as Freshers’ Week and Culture Night.

Based on Camden Street, The Nee Naw will be staffed by medics, a welfare officer, and trained security personnel to provide medical assistance, welfare support, and general help during nights out.

During the summer pilot, the service engaged with over 500 people, delivering essential items like water and flip flops, as well as first aid and support to vulnerable individuals.

Lord Mayor of Dublin Councillor Ray McAdam expressed pride in the initiative, stating it contributes to a vibrant and safe night-time city, commending those involved in its implementation.
